Training

Much like our models of influence, training Situational Leadership^® is about finding the appropriate content and delivery system to meet the performance needs of the individuals and organizations we are working with. Options include:

Licensure and Certification: We certify individuals and we license organizations to train the various Situational programs.

Public Workshops: We offer public workshops for leaders and managers at our Center in Escondido (San Diego), CA and in Raleigh, NC.

On-site Workshops: We can bring our programs to you to facilitate with intact workgroups, leadership teams, or collections of participants from various departments across the organization. On-site facilitation allows our trainers to integrate core values, key organizational challenges and company-specific cases to the class.

Executive Sessions: Often times, internal trainers struggle to capture the time and focus of the E-Team. We have a select group of Executive Facilitators who live in the boardroom and are able to deliver content and feedback in a way that builds support and commitment to the tools that drive organizational development and change.
